তাই আমরা দুই ধরনের Setup সুবিধা দিয়ে থাকি:
আপনি যদি আমাদের documentation, setup guide এবং video tutorial দেখে নিজেই iQ pos setup করতে পারেন, তাহলে এর জন্য কোনো অতিরিক্ত Installation বা Setup Charge দিতে হবে না।
আমরা আপনাকে প্রয়োজনীয় নির্দেশনা দিয়ে সহযোগিতা করব।

অর্থাৎ, আপনি নিজে software setup করলে কোনো installation charge নেই। শুধু আপনার নির্বাচিত iQ pos Package-এর নিয়মিত monthly subscription fee প্রদান করতে হবে।
অনেক ব্যবসায়ী নিজে setup করার পরিবর্তে চান যে iQ pos Team সরাসরি তাদের ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠানে গিয়ে সম্পূর্ণ software setup করে দিক।
এই ধরনের service-এর জন্য Physical Installation & Setup Charge প্রযোজ্য হবে।
Physical setup service-এর জন্য minimum ৳10,000 one-time installation charge প্রযোজ্য।
তবে আপনার ব্যবসার ধরন, প্রয়োজনীয় configuration, business size, number of users, number of locations, counter, inventory, restaurant/kitchen setup, data configuration এবং অন্যান্য প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী installation charge ৳10,000-এর বেশি হতে পারে।
অর্থাৎ, ৳10,000 হলো minimum starting installation charge, fixed price নয়।
Software subscription-এর মধ্যে সাধারণত cloud software ব্যবহারের খরচ অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকে।
কিন্তু আমাদের team যদি আপনার প্রতিষ্ঠানে সরাসরি গিয়ে:
Software install/configure করে
Business অনুযায়ী system setup করে
Product/Service configuration করে
User & role setup করে
Counter/location setup করে
POS configuration করে
Printer/device configuration করে
Restaurant table/kitchen setup করে
Inventory setup করে
প্রয়োজনীয় settings configure করে
Staff-কে basic training দেয়
বাস্তবে system চালু করে দেয়
তাহলে এই professional on-site setup service-এর জন্য আলাদা installation charge প্রযোজ্য হবে।
প্রতিটি ব্যবসার setup requirement এক নয়।

তাই physical installation-এর final charge ব্যবসার requirement এবং setup complexity অনুযায়ী নির্ধারণ করা হবে।
Minimum Charge: ৳10,000 One-Time
Final installation cost setup শুরু করার আগে customer-এর সাথে আলোচনা করে নিশ্চিত করা হবে।
যেহেতু physical installation-এর ক্ষেত্রে iQ pos Team-এর সদস্যকে সরাসরি customer-এর business location-এ যেতে হয়, তাই installation charge-এর পাশাপাশি location অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজনীয় travel এবং accommodation-related expenses প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনে customer-কে নিম্নলিখিত খরচ বহন করতে হতে পারে:
Travel / Transportation Cost
Local Transportation
Accommodation / Hotel বা থাকার খরচ
Food / Meal Cost
প্রয়োজনীয় অন্যান্য reasonable travel expenses
এই খরচগুলো installation charge-এর অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়, যদি না quotation-এ আলাদাভাবে উল্লেখ করা থাকে।
Customer-এর business location যত দূরে হবে, travel এবং accommodation cost তত বেশি হতে পারে।
তাই Dhaka-এর ভিতরে, Dhaka-এর বাইরে বা বাংলাদেশের অন্য কোনো জেলায় physical installation-এর জন্য মোট খরচ ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
Physical installation confirm করার আগে customer-কে সম্ভাব্য:
Installation Charge + Travel Cost + Accommodation Cost + Other Applicable Expenses
সম্পর্কে জানানো হবে।
Physical installation-এর জন্য one-time installation charge দেওয়ার পর customer-কে তার নির্বাচিত iQ pos Package-এর নিয়মিত monthly subscription fee প্রদান করতে হবে।
Installation Charge এবং Monthly Subscription Fee আলাদা।
উদাহরণ:
Installation: Minimum ৳10,000 — One Time
Monthly Package: Customer-এর নির্বাচিত package অনুযায়ী — Monthly
একবার installation charge পরিশোধ করলেই software lifetime free হয়ে যাবে না।
Software ব্যবহার চালু রাখতে নির্বাচিত package-এর subscription নিয়ম অনুযায়ী monthly payment প্রযোজ্য হবে।
Physical installation service-এর জন্য customer-এর কাছ থেকে installation charge গ্রহণ এবং কাজ শুরু করার পর সাধারণত installation charge refundable নয়।
কারণ এই charge-এর মাধ্যমে আমাদের team-এর:

Professional Service
Configuration
Setup
Training
On-site Support
এর মতো resources ব্যবহৃত হয়।
তবে কোনো বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে refund বা adjustment দেওয়ার প্রয়োজন হলে তা iQBusiness BD-এর বিবেচনা এবং applicable law অনুযায়ী নির্ধারণ করা হতে পারে।
Physical installation-এর আগে customer-কে প্রয়োজনীয়:

প্রস্তুত রাখতে হবে, যদি এগুলো customer-এর business setup-এর অংশ হয়।
Hardware purchase বা hardware installation আলাদা service হলে তার জন্য আলাদা charge প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
iQ pos software setup এবং hardware supply/setup একই service নয়।
Software configuration-এর জন্য installation charge প্রযোজ্য হলেও নতুন hardware যেমন:

অন্যান্য POS hardware
এর মূল্য সাধারণত installation charge-এর মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়।
Hardware-এর প্রয়োজন হলে customer নিজে hardware সরবরাহ করতে পারেন অথবা আমাদের available hardware service সম্পর্কে জানতে পারেন।
Physical installation না নিলেও customer iQ pos-এর online support ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন।
Documentation ও tutorial অনুসরণ করে setup করার সময় কোনো সমস্যা হলে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী:

এর মাধ্যমে সহযোগিতা করা হবে।
অর্থাৎ, নিজে setup করলে installation charge বাঁচানো সম্ভব।

৳10,000 হলো Physical Installation-এর minimum starting charge।
প্রতিটি business-এর requirement আলাদা হওয়ায় final installation cost আগে থেকেই নির্দিষ্ট করে বলা সম্ভব নয়।
Business type, location, number of counters, users, branches, products, devices, printers এবং required configuration বিবেচনা করে final quotation প্রদান করা হবে।
Customer-এর অনুমোদন পাওয়ার পর physical installation schedule করা হবে।
Physical installation-এর জন্য কাজ শুরু করার আগে agreed installation charge এবং applicable travel/accommodation expenses-এর payment terms customer-কে জানানো হবে।
Payment confirmation এবং installation schedule নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর আমাদের team-এর on-site visit নির্ধারণ করা হবে।
নিজে iQ pos setup করতে পারলে — Installation Charge নেই।
আমাদের Team আপনার business location-এ গিয়ে সম্পূর্ণ setup করে দিলে — Minimum ৳10,000 One-Time Installation Charge + প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Travel, Accommodation ও Food Cost প্রযোজ্য হবে।
এরপর আপনার নির্বাচিত iQ pos Package অনুযায়ী Monthly Subscription Fee প্রদান করতে হবে।
iQ pos — Setup Yourself & Save, অথবা আমাদের Team দিয়ে Full Setup করান।
